I am thrilled to be offered a solo show at York Hospital in York, Maine. I had applied last year and was given an “alternate” position, so I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to display 16 paintings over 3 months in the Spring. All the paintings will be of local scenes- there is no shortage of beauty in this area!
I am honored and delighted that my painting “Waiting for my Turn” has been accepted into this highly competitive juried show in Barnstable, MA. Over 400 hundred works were submitted and only 80 were chosen. This painting depicts my family spending a glorious summer day at Widow Harding Pond on Cape Cod, and so many people who have seen it relate to it, as it recalls simple joy in family and the outdoors.
I am thrilled to have been selected to be a participant in this year’s Castine Plein Air Featival. This three day event will feature work by 40 top artists, mostly from the Northeast. This will be my first Plein Air event, and I could not be more honored or excited to participate.
I am thrilled to be participating in the group show in Kittery, Maine. The opening event sounds fascinating (unfortunately I will be out of town)
